This DCF-1 HEPA filter (Part #82720) is a compatible replacement for a range of Kenmore vacuums. The pleated HEPA media captures 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust mites, pollen, and pet dander, so cleaner air leaves the machine.
When a vacuum starts releasing fine dust or the air quality drops while you clean, a loaded filter is usually the cause. A clogged HEPA element restricts airflow and stops trapping the finest particles. A fresh filter restores full airflow and filtration.
