This hose button and spring repair kit restores the locking button on Filter Queen vacuum hoses, and it ships as a 2-pack with enough hardware to service two hoses or hold one in reserve. The button and its spring sit at the hose coupling, where they lock the hose to the machine and to the wand.
When the spring loses tension or the button wears, the hose pops loose during cleaning and the connection no longer seats. Fitting fresh buttons and springs brings back a positive, secure lock.
