This compatible replacement primary filter fits the Hoover WindTunnel UH70120 upright. Sitting in the dirt cup's airflow path, it traps dust and debris while keeping air moving through the machine at full volume.
When the primary filter clogs, suction drops and dirt can begin bypassing the filter, so you notice weaker pickup and dust slipping through. A choked filter also makes the motor work harder than it should. A fresh filter restores proper airflow and keeps the motor protected.
