This DCF-2 HEPA filter with cap (Part #82912) is a compatible replacement for Kenmore upright vacuums. The pleated HEPA media captures 99.97 percent of particles down to 0.3 microns, including dust mites, pollen, and pet dander, for cleaner exhaust air.
A vacuum that starts pushing fine dust back into the room or clears the air less well points to a loaded filter. A clogged HEPA element restricts airflow and stops holding the smallest particles. Fitting a fresh filter restores full airflow and filtration.
