This replacement Bissell HEPA filter with charcoal (Part #F941, also sold as #2038037) fits the Bissell PowerForce 6582, 6579, 6583, 6584, 6585, 6594, 6596, PowerForce Turbo, PowerGroom 68C7, and PowerGroom 68C77 uprights. The charcoal layer adds odor control to the final filtration stage.

A clogged HEPA filter restricts airflow and lets fine dust escape rather than holding it, while a spent charcoal layer stops neutralizing odors. Suction weakens and the exhaust smells stale. This element captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, so a fresh one restores clean, fresher air and full pull.
