This replacement foam filter fits the Hoover Linx stick vacuum models BH50010 and SH20030, and is also sold as part #410044001. Positioned ahead of the motor, it captures fine dust and debris to protect the motor and hold suction.
A foam filter that is clogged, compressed, or torn either starves the motor of airflow or lets grit slip past to wear it out. Either way, suction and cleaning results fall off. Rinsing or replacing the foam brings back full airflow and keeps the motor shielded from dust.

- Function: washable pre-motor foam filter
- Benefit: maintains suction and protects the motor
- Tip: rinse in warm water monthly and dry fully before refitting
Rinse or swap it and seat it in the original filter slot for a direct fit. Replace every 6 to 9 months, or sooner if it will not spring back to shape.
