Part AD40114 is the Dirt Devil F114 pre-motor filter, made for the Power Express Lite 3-in-1 corded stick vacuum in models SD22020 and SD22030. It is also listed as 440010559.
This is a single-piece filter. If your machine takes a filter built as an inner and outer frame, you have a different model and you need the F101 instead. The two are easy to confuse from a photograph and it is the most common ordering mistake on these stick vacuums, so pull yours out and look before you buy.
Once the media loads with fine dust the airflow closes down, and the symptom is a machine that runs at full speed and picks up almost nothing, sometimes with a warm, dusty smell from the exhaust.
