Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Moulded insulation with pockets sized so the female terminals inside a SEBO 370 Comfort or Electronic 370 sit square and stay apart. Part 1836UL is that holder.

Scorch marks around a terminal, or a connector that feels slack when it is pushed home, mean the holder has lost its grip. Contacts that can move begin to arc, arcing burns and pits the metal, and pitted contacts run hotter still — the failure feeds itself, and the longer it continues the more of the surrounding assembly it takes with it. A fresh holder re-establishes the spacing and the retention the connection was designed around, which is the only way to break that cycle properly.
