This longer-lasting U-type drive belt is a replacement for Eureka and Victory upright vacuums and fits model SC5713B. It loops from the motor shaft to the brush roll, spinning the roll at the speed the machine needs to agitate carpet.
Drive belts stretch and eventually snap as they heat and flex, and a loose or broken belt lets the brush roll slow or stall so carpet no longer gets groomed. This belt resists stretching and snapping, holding brush roll speed steady for consistent cleaning.
