This genuine OEM dust cup latch secures the dirt cup on Eureka and Sanitaire bagless uprights. The latch clicks the cup closed against the vacuum body so collected debris stays contained during use.
A broken latch lets the dust cup pop open mid-clean, spilling captured dirt back onto the floor. Fitting a fresh latch restores a firm, positive click that keeps the cup sealed shut.
- Fits: Eureka 5800 Series uprights; Sanitaire SC5745B, SC5845A, SC5845A-1, and SC5845A-2
