Part 68103 is a three-pack of Style WA dust bags built for the Sanitaire SC6093 Wide Area's upright chassis, sized for the wider nozzle path that a wide-area vacuum uses to cover more floor per pass than a standard-width commercial upright.
A wide-area machine covers more floor per minute than a standard-width upright does, so the bag on an SC6093 takes on debris faster over the same run time even in a comparable space. Watching fill level rather than a calendar date keeps the machine from choking on a bag that is packed tighter than it looks from the outside, which matters most on a machine covering large open floors in one long pass.
Replace bags at around two-thirds full to hold onto full airflow, and check your machine's model number against the Style WA listing before ordering rather than assuming any commercial Sanitaire takes this bag, since bag styles vary across the range and a wrong bag is easy to buy in good faith.
Keep unopened bags in their packaging until needed, since a Style WA bag exposed to dusty storage conditions before it is even fitted starts its working life partly loaded. Wide-area machines are often used across large open rooms in one continuous run, so starting each job with a bag at its full capacity matters more here than on a machine that stops and starts through smaller rooms.
