The switch clip for the Eureka 2034D upright is the small fastener that locks the power switch into its housing so it cannot rattle or shift during use. This replacement clip also fits the Sanitaire 2124A. It is a minor component with an outsized job, holding the switch assembly square to the pocket it seats in.
When the original clip cracks or goes missing, the switch works loose, the toggle feels sloppy, and the internal terminals can move enough to interrupt power. Fitting a fresh clip re-secures the switch and returns crisp, dependable on and off control.
