The Eureka Bushing Bracket 2034 is a replacement brush roll support part for Eureka and Sanitaire upright vacuums, including the Sanitaire S635A. It holds the brush roll bearings in position, keeping the roll centered in the nozzle and limiting side-to-side play while the vacuum runs.
Play in the brush roll shows up as chatter, uneven carpet agitation, and accelerated wear on the bearings and belt. If the roll in your Eureka or Sanitaire upright has started to rattle or drift toward one end of the housing, a worn bushing bracket is a common cause, and swapping it is a simple repair.
