The power nozzle wand and cord assembly sheath (Part #62240) is a replacement component for Electrolux PN-4 and PN-5 power nozzle systems, including the Electrolux 1922. The sheath houses the wand and routes the power cord that feeds the motorized floor head.

When the sheath cracks, splits, or no longer locks into position, the wand connection loosens and the cord can chafe, which interrupts power to the nozzle and lets suction escape. Fitting the correct sheath restores a secure wand joint and keeps the cord protected along its full run.
