A replacement 7-foot hose assembly in black for the Electrolux Legacy C15, also fitting the Epic 6500, Epic 6500SR and Epic 7000. It is sold as part 49240 and cross-references to 26-1170. The handle is the gas-pump style with the on/off switch built into the grip.

Canister hoses fail from the inside out. They crack where they flex hardest, at the cuff and just behind the handle, and the leak is often invisible. The machine sounds completely normal while the tools have no bite at all. Others go the opposite way and hold a blockage that no amount of poking will clear.

Seat both ends firmly so the connections are airtight, and test the switch in the grip before the old hose goes in the bin.
