Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Electric telescopic wand for the Eureka CV280A and Beam AP900 central vacuum systems, part 521152. It slides to length and carries the low-voltage supply through to a power nozzle as well as the airflow.

Central vac wands take knocks on stairs and door frames. Once a tube is dented or the lock stops gripping, it creeps shut while you work and leaks air at the joint. The electrical side fails separately: worn contacts inside the wand make the nozzle brush cut in and out while suction carries on perfectly normally, which is a confusing fault until you know to look here.

Check the wand diameter against your hose and floor tools before ordering, since central vac fittings are not universal across brands.
