This compatible HEPA filter fits Dyson DC15 upright vacuums. It captures 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust mites, pollen, and pet dander, cleaning the air before it exits the machine.
When a HEPA filter loads with fine dust its airflow falls and it can begin releasing captured particles back into the room, which shows up as weaker suction and dustier exhaust. In allergy-prone homes that recirculated dust is the whole point of the filter. A fresh filter restores clean air and full suction.
