This replacement dual switch harness is the internal wiring loom that carries both switch circuits through a Plastiflex or Valuflex central vacuum hose. It links the handle switches to the hose-end connector so you can control the central unit and a powered floor tool from the grip.
When a harness wire breaks or its connections corrode, switching becomes intermittent or stops working, even though the hose itself looks fine. Fitting a fresh dual switch harness restores reliable control without replacing the whole hose.
