Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Keep your compatible central vacuum ready for everyday cleanup with Drainvac SAC-14 replacement bags. This 2-pack contains side-fill paper bags for compatible 9-gallon Drainvac and Purvac systems that use SAC-14 bags.

Check compatibility before ordering

SAC-14 is used in select older Drainvac Generation 2, Summum, 2000 and 3000 series systems, plus compatible Purvac 15-inch systems. Fit depends on the canister, bag connection and production year—not the series name alone.

Match SAC-14 on your current bag or in your owner’s manual. Older 15-inch canisters with a steel cage are a useful reference, but please confirm the bag code before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact us with your power unit’s model number and a photo of the existing bag connection. We’re happy to help you find the right fit.

Installation and care

Disconnect power before servicing. Remove the used bag, seat the replacement collar securely on the side inlet, and refit the canister according to your owner’s manual. Use the adhesive closure when disposing of the used bag.

For dry household debris only. Check the bag regularly and replace it when full or as recommended by your vacuum’s manufacturer.
