The Dirt Devil power pedal and spring is an OEM-specification replacement for the foot switch assembly on the Dirt Devil SD30030, Royal SR30015, and other similar models. The pedal and its return spring operate the on/off control on the vacuum body.
With repeated presses, the pedal cracks or the spring loses tension, leaving the switch mushy, stuck, or unresponsive. A worn assembly can make the machine hard to turn on or keep running. Fresh parts restore a firm, reliable click and dependable power control.
