The F59 is the HEPA and foam filter kit for the Dirt Devil Total Vision Cyclonic bagless upright, model UD70220, and part 304707001 is the genuine Dirt Devil version. The kit measures 4 by 4 by 1.75 inches and carries gaskets on both faces, which is what seals it into the housing so air cannot slip around the element.

Both pieces matter. The foam takes the coarse material, the HEPA element takes what gets past it, and when either loads the machine loses suction steadily rather than suddenly. Grey, matted foam or a pleat pack you cannot see light through means the airflow is already restricted.

Besides the UD70220, this kit is listed for the Dirt Devil UD70100 FeatherLite, UD70105 Breeze Cyclonic and UD70110 Vigor Turbo. Replace every six to twelve months, or sooner once suction starts dropping.
