This direct connect repair kit (Part #SH400DC-R01) supplies the replacement cord and cuff to repair the wall end of a black Plastiflex corded central vacuum hose. It fits the Plastiflex 5707 hose.

The pigtail cord where the hose plugs into the wall inlet frays and loosens with repeated use, which shows up as lost power to the nozzle or an unreliable connection. Fitting a new cord and cuff restores a solid direct-connect link without replacing the entire hose.
