Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 62209 is the 21.5 inch sheath cord that runs inside the upper wand on Electrolux canister vacuums, and it is the cord listed for the PN-4 and PN-5 power nozzle wands. Its job is to carry line power from the machine body down to the nozzle motor.

Once the insulation on a cord like this cracks or frays, or a contact at either end corrodes, the nozzle can lose power intermittently or stop running altogether while the canister motor and suction stay completely normal. That split symptom, good suction with a dead or flickering nozzle, is the usual sign the fault sits in the wand cord rather than in the machine or the nozzle itself.

Replacing a frayed or damaged cord restores the electrical path to the nozzle without the cost of a new wand or a new nozzle. It is worth looking over the wand itself while the old cord is out, since a cord that has chafed through usually has something rubbing against it.
