This all-bristle brush roll is a replacement for Hoover Convertible uprights with plastic end caps and no beater bar, including model C1067. The bristle rows agitate carpet fibers to lift dirt while the belt spins the roll during use.
As bristles wear down or hair wraps the shaft, the roll stops reaching into the carpet and cleaning turns uneven. A fresh all-bristle roll restores gentle, effective agitation for low-pile carpet and hard floors where a beater bar is not needed.
