The Compact/TriStar A101 Canister Adapter Tube is a fitting that converts between different attachment sizes on your canister vacuum, letting you use a wider range of cleaning tools than the machine originally supported. It fits the TriStar 1005 canister.
Mismatched connections are one of the most common frustrations with older canister vacuums. A favorite floor tool or crevice tool sits just slightly loose on the wand, leaking air and dropping off mid-clean.
