The Nutone Combo Rug/Floor Tool with a 1 1/4 inch fitting is a floor nozzle for Nutone central vacuum systems that cleans both carpet and hard surfaces without swapping attachments, compatible with the Nutone 1405. For most day-to-day vacuuming, a good combination tool is the attachment that lives on the wand.
