Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 3250ER is the centrifuge fitted to the SEBO DISCO floor polisher: a rotating assembly that has to stay true and balanced every minute the machine is switched on. It sits in the machine's air path and joins to the adaptor through a dedicated seal, which is why a fault here is felt as much as it is heard.

Vibration coming up through the handle, a new rattle once the polisher reaches full speed, or a machine that simply no longer feels settled underfoot all point the same way. A centrifuge that has cracked, worn or gone out of balance shakes everything it is mounted to, and leaving it in service means the bearings and drive components turning alongside it start paying for the fault as well. That is the argument for dealing with it early rather than living with the noise: the assembly is one part, and the collateral damage is several.

Fitting a sound replacement puts the rotation back where it belongs and takes the vibration out of the machine straight away. While the section is open, renew the centrifuge-to-adaptor seal, part 3219, because a hardened seal at that joint leaks air and costs suction at the head whatever condition the centrifuge is in.
