This replacement Cen-Tec power nozzle motor uses the grooved-style housing and fits the Cen-Tec CT20DX power nozzle, model CT20DXQD, only. The motor drives the brush roll that agitates carpet as the central vacuum pulls debris away.
A power nozzle motor that hums, stalls, or stops leaves the brush roll motionless, so the nozzle glides over carpet without loosening embedded dirt. A correct grooved-style replacement restores brush roll rotation and full agitation. It is machined specifically for the CT20DX and does not interchange with other CT models.
