We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These Carpet Pro Upright HEPA Paper Bags come six to a pack and fit Carpet Pro CPU-1, CPU-1T, CPU-2, CPU-2T, CPU-75, CPU-75T, CPU-85, and CPU-85T uprights. The HEPA media captures fine dust and allergens while keeping airflow high through the machine.

As a bag fills or tears, airflow drops and dirt begins recirculating into the room instead of staying captured. Running a vacuum on a stuffed bag also strains the motor. Fresh HEPA bags restore full suction and keep the exhaust air clean pass after pass.
