The Carpet Pro Harness Assembly for the SCBP1 backpack vacuum is the complete harness system in the new-style SCBP1.2 configuration. The harness distributes the vacuum's weight evenly across the back and shoulders, which is what makes a backpack vacuum comfortable enough for all-day commercial cleaning.
Harnesses wear out the way any pack strap does. Padding compresses, stitching frays, and buckles crack. Once that happens, the machine starts to feel heavier than it is, and operators end up sore by the end of a shift. Replacing the harness restores the ergonomic fit the SCBP1 was designed around and makes an older machine feel new again to the person wearing it.
This is the full assembly in the current new-style design. Compatible with Carpet Pro SCBP1.2 backpack vacuums.
