Rainbow E-2 Series Carbon Brush Kit

This replacement carbon brush kit (Part #R8322K) fits the Rexair Rainbow E and E-2 Series motor, the R7816G. The kit includes two brushes with brass holders that press against the commutator to carry current into the motor windings.

As carbon brushes wear, they can cause sparking, reduced suction, a burning odor, or a motor that cuts out intermittently, all signs the contact has grown uneven. Running worn brushes too long risks scoring the commutator. Installing a fresh kit restores clean electrical contact and full motor power.
