This replacement pre-motor filter fits Eureka Capture upright vacuums in the 4700 series, and is also sold as part #77583333N. Positioned ahead of the motor, it captures dust and debris to maintain suction and protect the motor.

A pre-motor filter that is clogged, compressed, or discolored either starves the motor of airflow or lets grit slip past to wear it down. Either way, suction and cleaning results fall off. Rinsing or replacing the filter restores airflow and keeps the motor shielded from dust.
