Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Fitted to the older FELIX handle in its black Onyx finish, part 1035SW is the rubber bush that cushions the mains cord where it disappears into the handle. It is a small consumable whose whole purpose is protecting a far more important one.

Left unreplaced, a split or missing grommet lets the cord press straight onto the moulded rim of the opening. Flexing at that single point saws through the outer jacket, and what starts as a cosmetic nick finishes as exposed conductors on a machine that should not be plugged in at all. Renewing the rubber stops the whole sequence before it begins. Fits the SEBO FELIX Premium with the older handle.
