Gray black is the finish SEBO used for this release knob on the AUTOMATIC X7 Premium, and 52034GS is the number to quote when ordering it. The exploded diagram places the knob at position 122, on the right-hand side of the cleaning head, immediately outboard of the roller end.

The knob is the catch you turn to drop the roller out for cleaning. Once its plastic splits or the detent rounds off, the roller becomes a fight to remove and a gamble to refit, and a roller that is not held square wears its belt unevenly and drags at one end. Swapping in a new one brings back the positive click that tells you the roller is properly home. Nothing needs unscrewing beyond what SEBO built into the head, so this is a change most owners handle themselves.
