This replacement brush roll measures 12 inches with hex ends and fits the Eureka 3420 along with the Eureka 2210, 2250, 2263 and Sanitaire S650. Its bristles agitate carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt and debris for thorough deep cleaning.
As bristles flatten, break off, or wind up with hair and thread, the roll loses firm contact with the carpet and pickup falls off noticeably. A fresh roll restores aggressive agitation, and clearing tangled hair regularly will extend its life.
