This replacement bottom plate assembly fits the Oreck Elevate upright, including the UK30300. It houses the brushroll and provides the surface that contacts the carpet, forming the underside of the cleaning head.
A bottom plate that has cracked or broken can let the brushroll sit unevenly and exposes the internals to debris, which hurts cleaning contact and pickup. Installing an intact assembly restores the head's structure and consistent floor contact.
