This genuine OEM nozzle motor fits the Bissell CrossWave 1785 and models 17852, 17858, 17859, 1785A, 1785F, 1785G, and 2306. The motor drives the brush roll inside the cleaning nozzle, powering the agitation that scrubs sealed hard floors and area rugs.
When the nozzle motor fails, the brush roll stops turning even though suction continues, and you may notice a burning smell or a hum from the base with no rotation. Fitting the correct factory motor restores brush drive and the scrubbing action the machine depends on.
