Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Bissell compact canister bags (Part #19-2494-08) are replacement paper bags packed twelve to a box for the Bissell BGC3000 compact canister. Each bag captures dust, dirt, and fine particles while letting air pass through to keep suction strong.

As a bag fills, its paper pores clog and airflow falls, which is usually the first reason a canister feels like it has lost power. Running past that point lets dust work back toward the motor. Dropping in a fresh bag is the quickest fix when suction starts to fade.
