This Premier replacement upright belt fits a range of older uprights, covering the GE U-4, U-5, U-6, and U-7, the Singer U-41, Sunbeam models, and the Titan T500. It drives the brush roll from the motor shaft.
When the belt stretches or snaps, the brush roll slows or stops and carpet cleaning suffers, often with a burning rubber odor. A fresh belt at correct tension brings the brush roll back to full speed.

- Tip: replace every 3 to 6 months, or sooner if the brush stops spinning
