This compatible replacement flat belt fits Hoover Power Dash uprights, including the FH55010 and FH55050PC and other similar models. The belt transfers power from the motor to the brush roll.

A stretched or broken belt stops the brush roll, and carpet cleaning suffers even while the motor runs. A fresh belt restores full brush roll rotation and reliable agitation. Fitting the belt while the cover is off is also a good time to clear the roller of wrapped hair and string.

  • Tip: replace every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if the roller slows

It loops onto the pulley and roller in place of the old belt. Check the roller for tangled hair while the cover is off.
