This replacement brush roll bearing supports the brush roll on Advance, Nilfisk, Clarke, and Viper commercial uprights using the GU12DMU and GU15 platforms. The bearing carries the roll as it spins, holding it true so it agitates carpet evenly across its width.
A worn bearing lets the brush roll wobble, lose speed, or seize entirely, which reduces cleaning on carpet and can strain the belt and motor. A fresh bearing returns smooth, centered rotation and protects the surrounding drive parts.
