This bag support strap (part 36131051) fits the Hoover Concept II upright and holds the dust bag in its correct position within the bag chamber. By keeping the bag suspended where it belongs, the strap preserves the sealed route air takes from the nozzle through the bag.
A strap that stretches or tears lets the bag droop out of place, so debris can slip past it and suction falls off. A sagging bag can also foul other components in the chamber. Fitting a fresh strap returns the bag to its proper position and restores clean, full airflow.
