This replacement bag clamp (Part #SS-1) is a zinc-plated Eureka clamp measuring 8-1/8 inches. It holds the vacuum's cloth bag securely to the fill tube so dust stays inside the bag.
A bent, loose, or corroded clamp lets the bag slip or gap at the seam, which spills dust and drops suction. A fresh zinc-plated clamp grips the bag tightly against the tube and keeps the seal that contains the debris.
