Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The crevice nozzle and dusting brush ride on board the machine rather than being carried loose, and small sprung clips are what keep them there. SEBO packs three of them as part 6117ER for the C-series canisters.

Each clip is flexed open every time a tool comes out and snapped shut again when it goes back, so the arms lose their grip long before anything looks broken. The symptom is a tool that drops off mid-clean and surfaces under the sofa a week later. Renewing all three together means the surviving originals do not fail a month behind the first.

The clips live under the attachment cover, a colour-matched panel with its own number — 6215SE on the white machine, 6383AM in red, and 6382AM or 6380AM in teal green — and the spring that returns that cover is 6045. If the cover flaps open rather than the tools falling out, the fault sits there instead of here.

Which tools travel on board varies with how the machine was specified, but the usual pair is a crevice nozzle and a dusting brush: 1092GS and 1094GS are the numbers, with the upholstery nozzle 1491GS often making a third. A clip that has lost its spring will let any of them go at the first stair.

Fitting needs no tools: the tired clip lifts out of its slot and the new one presses in until it seats.
