Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Kirby Motor Shaft Locking Tool for the 1CB Omega and later models holds the motor shaft still while you loosen or torque the fan and related hardware. Locking the shaft is what lets a technician break loose or tighten fasteners without spinning the armature.

Without a way to lock the shaft, turning the fan nut can twist the armature, damage windings, or throw off the fan alignment. The dedicated tool immobilizes the shaft so each fastener seats to the right torque and the rebuild stays true.
