Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The AIRBELT is the fabric-covered bumper that wraps the front of a SEBO canister, and this is the replacement textile in solid gray-black, part 6047AM01. It comes with both clip sets, 6048GS and 8034GS, so the whole bumper can be rebuilt in one go. It is listed for the AIRBELT D and K canisters and the C series: D1 Turbo, D4 Premium, K2 Kombi, K3 Premium, C1.1, C2.1 and C3.1.

Textiles wear where the machine works. The fabric frays at the corners, splits along the leading edge, or works out of its clips until a flap hangs loose. From that point the hard shell meets baseboards and furniture legs directly, and the canister starts to look older than it is.

The clips let the new textile seat in place of the old one, so the padded front edge and the tidy finish come back together.
