This replacement filter is the Eureka DCF25, fitting AirSpeed AS1040, AS1050, and AS1100 uprights and SuctionSeal EL8807, EL8902, and EL8805 models. It is also offered as part #67600, and it traps dust and debris to keep suction steady and the exhaust cleaner.
As the DCF25 loads with fine dust its airflow drops, and a clogged filter is the usual reason these Eureka uprights lose pickup. A saturated filter also lets finer particles slip back into the room. Swapping in a fresh filter restores airflow and clean output.
