This 8-notch right-hand coupling for the Koblenz P4000 shampooer (Part #46-1833-6) is a replacement drive coupling that fits Koblenz P4000 and P-4000 machines as well as the Bissell BGFS5000 dual-brush floor machine. It links the drive mechanism to the cleaning pad so the motor's power reaches the floor.
A worn coupling loses its grip on the notches, which lets the pads slip or stop rotating even while the motor runs. Installing a fresh coupling restores a positive drive connection and steady pad rotation during scrubbing and polishing.
