Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 3-to-2 wire plug adapter (Part #32-5640-07) lets a grounded three-prong plug fit a standard two-prong outlet. Older homes and buildings often lack grounded receptacles, and this compact adapter bridges that gap so a modern vacuum can plug in. It works with any standard three-prong household plug.

Without an adapter, a three-prong plug simply will not seat in a two-prong outlet, leaving the machine unusable in older spaces. Forcing or modifying a plug is unsafe and unnecessary. This adapter provides the connection you need without calling in an electrician, and its small size stores easily in a kit.
