Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, including all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and parts. Items returned with missing components, excessive wear, or damage may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us by email or phone with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
Condition Requirements
New items must be returned unused and unaltered. Used or opened products may be evaluated case by case and may be subject to a restocking fee. Vacuum cleaners and equipment showing signs of excessive use, dirt, pet hair, odors, or internal debris may not qualify for a full refund. Consumable items such as bags, filters, chemicals, and belts are non-returnable if opened.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges and Warranty Support
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We may offer troubleshooting support, replacement parts, exchange, or repair depending on the situation and manufacturer warranty terms.
Restocking Fees
Returns not due to our error may be subject to up to a 15 percent restocking fee. Items returned in used or incomplete condition may incur a higher deduction or refusal.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items, special orders, and consumables are final sale and non-returnable.
